Stephen Goldmann is a business leader who leads a consulting practice focused on creating menus and food experiences for global companies such as Starbucks and local landmarks like Roam Burger and The Presidio Trust. Stephen has also helped found numerous food and restaurant brands in the Bay Area including recently opened Starbird, a contemporary, wholesome fast food restaurant, Mindful Meats, the first certified non-GMO meat company and Seed + Salt an influential plant-based restaurant brand. Stephen's broad view of the restaurant and packaged food world results in leading all types of companies to fast and actionable innovation.

Stephen has a degree in comparative literature from Colorado State and began his career as a chef in San Francisco, Paris, Sydney, Shanghai and Beijing. Outside of work, Stephen loves raising his two boys. His interests include an extensive fitness background including Ironman and ultra-marathon racing, a black belt in Aikido and a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion in his community.
